Our plant is a showcase of modernity. We have the most modern facility for moulding - efficient continuous mixers, vibrating compaction tables and roll–over stripping machine ensure rapid mould filling, consistent mould hardness and ease in pattern stripping. The handling of moulds is completely automated. The resin-bonded sand is reused after going through a classifier–cum–reclaimer. All this increases the efficiency of the foundry, cuts down rejection of moulds and castings. This system also results in excellent surface finish of the product, a prerequisite in the international market.

We deploy our systems for quality where all inputs, processes and outputs get checked. Our Laboratory is equipped with latest facilities - Spectrometric Chemical Testing, Physical Testing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipments, ensuring production of the best of Casts. The Company also makes a wide range of components and products for coke ovens and bye-product plants. In the excavation fields our Tooth Points are suitable for any type of shovel.
