Quality
EIS has been the benchmark for all foundry units situated in the Eastern Region. EIS has the ISO 9001 Certificate for Manufacture of Foundry Castings in various grades, sizes and quantities. EIS has well qualified and competent manpower to maintain critical and precise parameters of various elements in different grades of steel and their behavior under various patterns, moulds and casting practices. EIS has a vacuum emission spectrometer, well equipped physical and chemical laboratory wherein the flows of inputs to the outputs are clearly determined and policies for sampling and rejection identification have been put into practice by default.
• Statiscal QC Techniques used in accordance with IS 5529 in tolerance specification
• Written quality control instruction sheets prepared and properly used
• Records generated during inspections are maintained and are available for review
• 100% sampling inspection done
